Jared Hodes - CEO

Jared is originally from South Africa and came to the US to study Mathematics at Dartmouth College. He has a private equity background and has a strong foundation in finance and business operations. He co-founded Ever Ledger to bring high-quality, full-time bookkeeping talent from South Africa to startups globally. Jared brings a strategic lens to every client relationship, ensuring the financial operations align with broader business goals.

Joel Trapido - CFO

Joel is a Chartered Accountant and our man on the ground in South Africa. He has experience with both large enterprises & startups, having previously worked at EY overseeing a team of dozens. At Ever Ledger, he leads training and quality control to ensure every bookkeeper delivers investor-ready accuracy. Joel’s deep understanding of South African talent and U.S. finance standards makes him the perfect bridge between teams.

Ashley Aviram - COO

Ashley is a former Venture Capitalist & Operator who has spent her career working closely with early stage companies. She’s worked at companies like Attentive and Procore, and most recently was a early stage investor at Wedbush Ventures. After seeing firsthand how often founders struggled with misaligned financials, she co-founded Ever Ledger to help ensure clients get clean, strategic books that actually support decision making and growth.
